• Make somthing big

For this weeks assignment we have to finally make something big, for this I've decided to make a desk in a shape off deer.

But this design is a closed source, so I decided to challange myself and design it myself

First Attempt

I used Autodesk 123D Make, as it is a great tool to convert any 3D shape into 2D.

The result was great, but I found out if I used this method it will take a three sheets of wood and will be more than 150 parts to be assembled later

Second Attempt

I decided to make my own design using Solidworks, It took my alot of time to model everything from scratch, but it was worth it

Machining

First, I exported the model files in to "DFX" format so that the machine can understand it.

I used a "14mm MDF sheet" in this process

Following the cutting process, I began to remove the parts, but I found out not all the parts has complettly cut to the end of the sheet, so I wanted to recut the parts, but unfornatully the machine has stopped working,so I decided to remove the parts by myself

Then I start to assemlly the parts
